B2B LinkedIn Appointment Setter for Inbound DM Conversations (Full-Time, Long-Term)

HOURLY + COMMISSION ROLE We're hiring an experienced B2B appointment setter to manage inbound LinkedIn conversations for clients across multiple markets and languages. The work is not cold outreach. Our clients generate 200+ inbound leads per month through content and lead magnets. Your job is to engage with these warm leads in DM, qualify them against simple BANT criteria, and book discovery calls on the client's calendar. This means we don't need native speakers. We need great setters. This is a perfect fit if you: - Have proven +2 years experience setting B2B appointments via LinkedIn DM (!) - Can show a track record of qualifying inbound leads and converting them to booked calls - Write professional, conversational English that doesn't sound scripted - Are comfortable working independently with daily check-ins - Can respond to inbound DMs within 1 hour during business hours (we'll align your schedule with the client's market) Bonus if you have: - Background in B2B professional services (consulting, accounting, financial advisory, recruitment, professional services) - Experience working with international clients across time zones - Familiarity with structured sales frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, SPIN, etc.) - Existing experience setting calls for founders or agencies at $5K+/month retainers What you'll do day-to-day: - Monitor a shared inbox in our software for new inbound DMs and connection accepts - Follow a proven conversation framework to qualify leads (we provide the scripts, training, and 30-min daily team coaching sessions) - Book qualified prospects directly into the client's calendar - Log conversations and outcomes in our integrated tracker - Flag any translation issues you spot in real-time - Daily 15-min check-in via Slack or Loom What you'll NOT do: - Sales calls or closing (you only set, the client closes) - Content creation or strategy Volume expectation: ~minimum +50 conversations per day across 1 client account. Compensation structure: We pay performance + small hourly base for the first 3 months to establish your skillset and because you'll be receiving FREE daily training from our setter team. The more qualified calls you book, the more you earn. Top performers across our setter team earn 30-50% above base through bonuses alone. This is intentional: your job is to book calls and we reward you when you do. - $50 per booked qualified call. - $3-$10 /hour based on experience Realistic monthly compensation for strong performers: $750-$1000 for 30-40 hrs/week across 1 account Starting: We want someone who can start within 7 days. First 2 weeks are a trial (performance commissions paid). After that, if it's a fit on both sides, we move to a long-term arrangement with potential to scale up to full-time hours and additional client accounts.
