I'm the founder of a small Melbourne-based business that sends premium, personalised thank you cards and gifts across Australia. Think corporate cards and gifting - but thoughtful, not generic. We're a mission-led brand with the goal to spread gratitude and end loneliness in Australia. We're in the re-building (after a new website in Jan) phase. What you'll do: - Weekly LinkedIn & email outreach to thoughtful Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Financials Planners & Referral-based Businesses based on an Initial Target List - You will provide weekly update on the pipeline, what leads or deals needs to be reviewed and what needs to be prioritised for following week Note: You will not be closing the deal. Must have: - 1–3 years proven experience in sales, outreach or customer-facing roles (F2F, email and LinkedIn) - Excellent written, communication and customer service skills - A warm, confident, customer-focused writing and communication style - Meets deadlines and responds promptly to feedback - Genuinely invested in learning from and growing a small, mission-led business that cares about humans - Uses AI as a tool, not a crutch - our brand voice is warm, confident and personal, and we can tell the difference Looking to trial for 4 weeks to prove capability and competency before considering an ongoing monthly support. The deal: - 12-20 hours/month. Initial trial up to $250USD month retainer + commission - based on experience. 48 hours before Day 1 - Access to our Notion Workspace for Onboarding, Branding Guidelines, Outreach Playbook with Initial Target List, Core Offerings and Messaging Templates Day 1 - A 2 hour call with me to share about the business, our goals, and help shape the 4 weeks trial and answer your questions - Begin your outreach To apply - Share your offering - Share your proudest outreach experience - Why you would be perfect to meaningfully support us in 25 words or less
