B2B LinkedIn Outbound Campaign Manager for Technical / IT Marketing

I’m looking for a part-time outbound campaign assistant / manager to help manage LinkedIn-based B2B outreach for technical software and IT companies. The work will involve reviewing prospect lists, helping write natural-sounding LinkedIn connection and follow-up messages, monitoring campaign replies, organizing follow-up notes, suggesting improvements to targeting and messaging, and preparing regular reports for clients. The campaigns usually target technical audiences such as DevOps, cloud, platform engineering, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, developer tools, and technical executives. You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable learning and writing about technical software and IT concepts. This is an initial 3-month pilot role, with potential for ongoing work if the fit is strong. Need to Have: - Experience with LinkedIn outbound campaigns - Strong written English - Ability to write clear, human messages that do not sound salesy, aggressive, automated, or spammy - Comfortable reviewing prospect profiles and identifying good-fit contacts - Reliable communication and 24-hour weekday response time - Availability for weekly coordination during US Eastern Time Nice to Have: - Experience with Skylead, HeyReach, Expandi, Sales Navigator, or similar tools - Email outbound experience - SDR, BDR, lead generation, account management, or demand generation background - Experience marketing or selling to technical audiences - Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, developer tools, or IT infrastructure - HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or CRM experience This is not a fully asynchronous role. Some live coordination will be needed for campaign setup, messaging, replies, and next steps.
