StarHire is an end-to-end one-way video interview platform that helps small businesses hire faster. Instead of CVs and first-round calls, hiring managers create a filtering form, qualified applicants record short video answers, and StarHire organises everything with automated messages and AI summaries. The mission Get StarHire to 100 paying customers as quickly as possible. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of growth, test what works, and build a repeatable customer acquisition system for a B2B SaaS product. What you will own • Customer acquisition across outbound, partnerships, webinars, SEO, email, and other channels that work • Website conversion, messaging, offers, and landing pages • Activation, onboarding, and early retention • The feedback loop between customers, marketing, and product • Reporting, bottleneck analysis, and growth priorities What I’m looking for • Proven ability to grow a B2B SaaS product from a low base • Strong hands-on execution, not just strategy • Excellent positioning, copywriting, and conversion thinking • Comfortable working closely with developers • Strong commercial judgement and data fluency • High agency, extreme ownership, speed, and customer focus Early priorities • Win the first 100 customers • Test channels quickly and double down on what works • Improve the website so more visitors become paying customers • Sharpen the messaging so the product is easy to understand and buy • Turn early customer wins into proof, referrals, and case studies
