About Our Company: We are a B2B AI company based in Europe, providing AI-powered assistants and CRM platforms to businesses in the hospitality, wellness, and service industries. Our product helps businesses automate client communication, increase retention, and drive revenue — delivered as a subscription-based solution. We’re looking for a marketing partner — an agency or highly experienced full-stack marketer — who can own our marketing end-to-end and grow with us long-term. What This Role Is: We are looking for a long-term marketing partner who takes full ownership of our marketing strategy and execution across all channels. If the first phase delivers results, this becomes an ongoing retainer engagement with increasing scope and budget. We want someone who understands B2B, understands AI/SaaS, thinks strategically, and executes with precision. Scope of Work: 1. Paid Advertising • Meta Ads (primary channel) — campaign strategy, audience research, creative testing, funnel optimization, scaling • Google Ads — search, display, retargeting • Full funnel build: awareness → lead capture → nurture → conversion • Weekly performance reporting with clear KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CAC) 2. Social Media Management • Instagram and LinkedIn — the two core platforms for our brand • Consistent posting schedule, community management, brand voice development • Growth strategy. 3. Content Production • Ad creatives — static, video, carousel • Organic content — posts, reels, stories • Copywriting aligned with B2B tone: professional, credible, results-focused • Brand storytelling 4. Email & SMS Marketing • Lead nurture sequences • Outbound email campaigns targeting decision-makers • Automated flows (onboarding, re-engagement, upsell) • SMS campaigns where applicable 5. Branding & Positioning • Visual identity consistency across all channels • Messaging and positioning refinement • Ensuring everything we put out looks premium and builds trust with B2B buyers Who We’re Looking For: • Agency or senior marketer with a track record in B2B SaaS, AI, or tech marketing • You have run paid campaigns with real budgets and can show us the numbers — CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, pipeline impact • You understand that B2B buyers are different from B2C — longer cycles, multiple stakeholders, trust-driven decisions • You have experience with the full funnel, not just one piece of it • You are proactive — you bring ideas, flag problems early, and don’t wait to be told what to do • You communicate clearly and deliver on time • Experience marketing specifically to hospitality, wellness, spa, hotel, or service-based businesses • Knowledge of AI tools and how to position AI products to non-technical buyers • Experience building a brand from an early stage What We Offer: • A real product with paying clients and proven results • Room to own the marketing function fully — strategy is yours to drive • Long-term partnership with growing budget as results come in • Interesting, fast-moving niche at the intersection of AI and service industries
