Our target buyers are large contact center operations and BPOs (150+ seats) looking to replace legacy or competing platforms (e.g., Genesys, Avaya, Connex, Twilio Flex). We sell globally — active regions include the Philippines, Malaysia, South Africa, UK, US, Middle East, and Turkey — and much of our pipeline is built around industry events, competitor-displacement plays, and CEO-led relationship outreach. We have an in-house international SDR/business development team (5-7 people) running LinkedIn, email, and cold call outreach daily. Activity is high. Results are not. We need an experienced outside expert to audit what we're doing, tell us honestly what's broken, and design the system we should be running instead. The Problem (we'll be transparent) A snapshot of what our internal data shows: An outbound email campaign to 161 senior contacts produced 2 replies. ~200 cold calls to ~150 inbound leads in two weeks produced 1 opportunity. A paid event campaign generated 136 leads; 1 attended the event. Meanwhile, personal WhatsApp messages from our CEO get a ~60% response rate — so the market responds; our system doesn't. The likely causes, from our own observation: No unified multichannel sequence. Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp/Viber, and cold calls run as disconnected, ad-hoc efforts instead of one orchestrated cadence per prospect. Tool sprawl without ownership. We've cycled through We-Connect, Skylead, Snov.io, Lemlist, Apollo, Lusha, and others. Email open/click tracking is improvised. Nobody owns the stack. Weak personalization at scale. Messages are mostly generic blasts; the few personalized, well-timed touches are the only ones that convert. Slow lead response. Inbound leads with phone numbers sometimes wait 6+ hours for a first call. We know it should be minutes. CRM hygiene issues. We use Zoho CRM, but lead statuses are used inconsistently, activity logging is partial, and reporting on what actually works is unreliable. Founder-dependent outreach. Too much of the pipeline runs through the CEO's personal LinkedIn and ad-hoc requests, rather than a repeatable team process. No measurement discipline. Campaigns launch without baselines, A/B structure, or systematic follow-up rules. What We Want to Build (the target state) A repeatable, measurable 360° outbound system that takes a curated target-account list (we're good at building these — competitor user lists, event attendee lists, association memberships) and systematically exploits it through layered channels: Email — personalized sequences with proper deliverability, open/click/reply tracking LinkedIn — connection + messaging cadences that don't burn accounts or hit limits Messaging apps — WhatsApp and/or Viber touches where appropriate by region Cold calling — with scripts, timing rules, and call recording feeding script iteration Paid amplification — retargeting the same named-account audience with Meta (and possibly LinkedIn) ads so prospects see us everywhere All consolidated in Zoho CRM — one timeline per prospect across every channel, with dashboards that show conversion at each stage Scope of This Engagement Phase 1 — Audit (weeks 1-2): Review our current campaigns, sequences, messaging, and actual performance data Review our tool stack and Zoho CRM setup/usage Interview the SDR team and leadership (we work in English; team is based in Turkey, GMT+3) Identify the 5-10 highest-impact failures and quick wins Phase 2 — System Design & Roadmap (weeks 3-5): Design the multichannel cadence architecture (channel order, timing, triggers, exit rules) for our ICP and key regions Recommend the consolidated tool stack (keep/kill/replace) and how it integrates with Zoho Define the inbound speed-to-lead process (target: first touch within 15 minutes) Define lead statuses, pipeline stages, SLAs, and the KPI dashboard Provide messaging frameworks/templates per channel and persona (C-level at large contact centers/BPOs) Outline the Meta ads custom-audience layer to surround target accounts Deliver a written playbook + prioritized implementation roadmap, presented to leadership Optional Phase 3: hands-on support implementing the roadmap with our team. Deliverables Audit findings report (what's broken, why, with evidence from our data) Multichannel outbound playbook (sequences, templates, rules, SLAs) Tool stack and Zoho CRM consolidation recommendation KPI framework + dashboard spec 90-day implementation roadmap Final walkthrough session with leadership and the SDR team You're a Great Fit If You Have 5+ years building or fixing outbound systems for B2B SaaS with enterprise ACV and long sales cycles (CCaaS/CX/contact center industry experience is a strong plus) Proven results you can show: reply rates, meetings booked, pipeline generated — before/after numbers from past clients Hands-on expertise with multichannel orchestration (email + LinkedIn + phone + messaging apps) and the modern tool landscape (Apollo, Lemlist, Smartlead, Clay, La Growth Machine, etc.) Real Zoho CRM experience (or deep experience consolidating multichannel outreach into a CRM) Experience with international/multi-region outreach (APAC, Africa, Europe, US) and constraints like GDPR Familiarity with Meta/LinkedIn ads for named-account retargeting (or you can scope this with our marketing team) Direct, no-nonsense communication style — we want someone who will tell us what we're doing wrong To Apply, Please Answer Describe one outbound system you audited/rebuilt: what was broken, what you changed, and the before/after numbers.
