B2B Outbound Sales Rep — UK Real Estate | Commission + Recurring Monthly Revenue

About the Company We've built an AI receptionist platform that answers WhatsApp enquiries for estate agencies in seconds — 24/7, even while the team is asleep. UK estate agents lose millions every year to missed leads after hours. We've built the fix, and we need someone to get it in front of the right agencies. The Role We're looking for a hungry B2B sales rep who can own the full outbound cycle — from cold call to closed deal. This isn't a hand-off role. You'll prospect, call, book the meeting, run it (or join it with the founder), and see the client through to signing up. What you'll be doing: Cold calling UK estate agencies and letting agencies (targeting data provided) Qualifying prospects and booking discovery calls Running or co-running product demos Handling objections and closing deals Light onboarding handoff once a client signs Who You Are Proven B2B outbound sales experience — you've cold called before and you're not afraid of it Familiar with the UK real estate or PropTech space (strong advantage) Confident on the phone and on video calls Self-managed — you set your own schedule and hit your numbers Based in the UK or with a strong grasp of UK business culture and working hours The Pay This is a commission-only role with recurring monthly revenue — meaning you get paid every month a client you closed stays on the platform. Not a one-time bonus. Every agency you bring in pays you month after month.
