B2B Outreach Executive (Email & Appointment Setting)

We're looking for a professional and organised Outreach Executive to contact senior decision makers at UK businesses and book meetings for our Director. You'll be working from a list of pre-qualified companies that have already been researched by our team. Your role is to build initial relationships through personalised email outreach and convert interest into booked meetings. This is an ongoing role with the opportunity for long-term work as part of a growing outsourced finance business. -Your Responsibilities Send personalised outbound emails to business owners and senior decision makers Follow a structured follow-up sequence Respond professionally to replies and basic enquiries Book meetings into our Director's calendar Keep our CRM updated with all activity Maintain accurate records of communications Escalate technical or commercial questions when required -We're Looking For Someone Who Has excellent written English Has experience with B2B email outreach or appointment setting Is professional, organised and reliable Can personalise emails without losing consistency Is comfortable communicating with business owners and senior executives Can follow documented processes and templates Takes pride in building genuine business relationships Experience using CRM systems, email sequencing tools or sales engagement platforms is an advantage but not essential. Initially, your focus will be on quality rather than volume. We're looking for someone who can consistently generate positive conversations and qualified meetings. -Performance Bonus In addition to your hourly rate, you'll be eligible for a performance-based commission. If a company you successfully engage ultimately becomes a client, you'll receive a bonus as part of our lead generation incentive scheme.
