Summary

We're hiring a B2B sales representative to manage our full sales pipeline—from cold outreach through deal closure. You'll be prospecting gym owners, martial arts facilities, CrossFit boxes, and sports clubs; qualifying leads; running discovery calls; handling objections; and closing deals. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Conduct cold outbound prospecting via email and phone to decision-makers • Execute discovery calls using proven scripts • Build rapport, uncover pain points, and position solutions • Handle objections with confidence • Close deals by securing commitment (trials, partnerships, orders) • Maintain detailed pipeline notes in CRM • Report weekly on outreach, conversions, and pipeline status REQUIREMENTS: ✓ B2B inside sales or outbound prospecting ✓ Proven track record closing deals (15–25% discovery-to-close conversion) ✓ Comfortable with cold calling and rejection ✓ Fitness/sports industry knowledge (strong plus) ✓ CRM and spreadsheet experience ✓ Native or fluent English speaker (American English preferred) ✓ Available 30–40 hours per week WHAT WE SELL: Premium dietary supplements (recovery, longevity, metabolic health) to gyms and sports facilities as wholesale/affiliate partnerships.
