B2B SDR / Cold Caller — Book Meetings with Nigerian Pharmacy Owners (English + Yoruba + Igbo)

RxAll is a pharmacy credit company. We give retail pharmacies and drug wholesalers across Nigeria products and working capital on credit through our RxPay and RxAdvance products — over ₦12 billion disbursed in the last 12 months. We are backed by international investors and scaling fast. We need a full-time SDR (Sales Development Rep) to be our pipeline engine. What you will do: - Make 50–80 outbound calls a day to pharmacy owners and wholesalers in Nigeria - Qualify them against our credit criteria and book meetings for our field sales team (BDMs) - Email every booked appointment to the right BDM the SAME DAY, with management in copy — full customer details, no exceptions. An appointment not handed over the same day is an appointment that never happened. - Log every call in Zoho CRM within 1 hour — your pipeline must be audit-ready at all times - Run a structured follow-up calendar so no lead goes cold - Send a daily call report at end of day, and a weekly report every Sunday Targets (this is a sales role, not a call-volume role): - 50 qualified leads per week handed to BDMs - 25 confirmed appointments per week - At least 20% of your leads must become paying customers within 60 days — you are paid on conversions, not calls You must have: - 2+ years B2B cold calling, telesales, or SDR experience with proof your leads became paying customers (consumer call-center experience alone is not enough) - Based in Nigeria (Ibadan/South-West preferred) — you will be calling Nigerian business owners during 8am–5pm WAT, Monday–Friday - Fluent English AND Yoruba (Pidgin/Hausa a plus) - Comfortable handling objections about interest rates and credit terms - CRM experience (Zoho preferred), Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business - Quiet workspace, reliable power and internet How we'll work: 60-day paid trial. Clear KPIs from Day 1 (minimum 40 converted customers in 60 days, 100% same-day handover). Hit them and this becomes a long-term full-time contract with a performance bonus per converted customer. Which CRMs have you used daily, and what did you log after each call? 5. Where in Nigeria are you based, and can you work 8am–5pm WAT Monday–Friday? IMPORTANT: Attach a voice recording (60–90 seconds) where you cold-pitch us as if we're a busy pharmacy owner — convince us to take stock on credit and agree to a meeting.
