About Us: VektraScale Solutions (https://www.vektrascalesolutions.com/) builds a cloud-based Unified Commerce & Business Management Platform - POS, inventory, multi-branch ops, ERP integration, and analytics in one system - for retail chains, salons/spas, restaurants, clinics, etc. What we Need: A B2B lead gen & appointment setter who can book qualified meetings with decision-makers (owners, ops managers, GMs) at businesses in our target verticals - not just fill a calendar. This starts as a paid trial; strong performers move to an ongoing monthly engagement. Target ICP: 1. Multi-location retail chains, supermarkets, specialty stores 2. Salon/spa chains 3. Restaurants & food-service businesses 4. Clinics, diagnostic centers, healthcare practices 5. Franchise operators Any country, as long as the business fits the profile above. What "Qualified" Means (kindly read before applying): A meeting only counts if: the prospect is a real decision-maker, understands what we do, has shown genuine interest (not just "sure, send info"), and has realistic budget/timing to become a customer. Quantity without this isn't useful to us. Trial Scope: 1. 5 confirmed, qualified meetings within 4 weeks 2. Lead tracker maintained (company, contact, designation, channel, outreach history, qualification notes, status) 3. Outreach via LinkedIn, cold email, or phone, self visit to the client's location - your choice of stack Compensation: ₹2,000 per confirmed qualified meeting (no separate flat fee - pay scales directly with delivery, so meeting #1 pays out the same as meeting #5). For the trial scope of 5 meetings, total exposure is ₹10,000 if fully delivered. Any booked lead that converts into a paying customer earns an additional conversion bonus, paid once the customer's first invoice clears. Strong trial performance leads to an ongoing monthly retainer + per-meeting bonus structure for long-term engagement. Preferred Experience: SaaS or POS/retail-tech lead gen, appointment setting (not just list-building), familiarity with Apollo / Sales Navigator / Instantly / Clay or similar. To Apply, Include: 1.
