B2B SaaS revenue management platform (contract-to-cash) for SMB SaaS finance teams looking for a great marketing manager. We have a nimble team, a real product, real customers, real pipeline. Our best channel is inbound -- SEO/AIO drives most of our demos. We have a tested channel partner playbook, a junior demand gen contractor already in seat, and warm pipeline to work. We are hiring a part-time Demand Gen Operator to run the marketing engine. Not strategy. Execution. Visible weekly output, measurable monthly demos. This is a 20 hr+/week role with deliverable expectations. If you are a strategist looking for a thinking-partner gig, this is not it. If you are a hands-on operator who likes to ship and be judged on output, please read on. What you will own: - SEO/AIO content velocity -- ongoing published pieces on a regular cadence, briefed and optimized for AI Overview inclusion on Controller/VP Finance/CFO intent keywords - Channel partner outreach -- work the existing playbook (accounting firms, fractional CFOs, QBO consultants, VC/PE, revenue lenders, accelerators). - HubSpot lifecycle workflows -- own the sequences, drip on warm pipeline - Weekly reporting - Direct our junior demand gen contractor as your day-to-day executor Requirements: - 3-5 years hands-on demand gen / growth marketing at B2B SaaS - HubSpot fluent (must), Apollo, SEMrush or Ahrefs, basic CMS work (Webflow or similar) - Can write and edit content yourself -- you are not just briefing others - Demonstrable SEO or AIO wins you can point to (live URLs, rankings, AI Overview pickups) - 4-hour daily overlap with US Pacific time - Self-directed. You do not need to be told what to do twice. Bonus: - B2B SaaS sold to Office of the CFO - Channel partner program experience - Worked at sub-$5M ARR founder-led SaaS before Compensation: Hourly base + bonus per qualified demo + commission on closed deals from your sourced motion. Engagement: Part-time, ~20 hrs/week. 30-day trial structure with explicit deliverables, then ongoing if performance lands.
