Ecometri is a fast-growing SaaS platform that enables thousands of entrepreneurs across Latin America to sell and manage their businesses directly through messaging and chat channels. We are looking for a Senior Closer / Sales Advisor focused exclusively on SELLING. We generate the flow of qualified leads and schedule the appointments; your mission is to execute the demos and close deals. Your day-to-day will be 100% sales-focused (Zero administrative tasks): - Close B2B sales every day. - Conduct software demos via video calls (Demos are already scheduled on your calendar). - Handle strategic follow-up calls with leads inside our CRM. - Convert opportunities into monthly or annual subscriptions. Ideal Candidate Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B sales experience (ideally in SaaS, software, technology, or financial services). - Expert-level closing skills through video calls. - Excellent communication and strong objection-handling abilities. - Experience using CRM systems. - High discipline and strong self-management skills. - Professional setup: High-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps), excellent quality camera and microphone, and a quiet environment for video calls. Project Terms (Please read carefully): - Payment structure: This contract will be structured with a base rate [Hourly / Weekly milestone] through Upwork, plus performance bonuses (paid via Upwork’s “Bonus” feature for every successful close). - Flexible schedule: You define your availability in the calendar to receive demos, but we are looking for someone with high availability to maximize closes. - Volume: We have a constant flow of leads ready to be handled.
