We're an investor-backed European AI startup building fashion manufacturing software for quality and production monitoring, currently focused on the Turkish market. We help Tier 1 factories and sourcing offices to implement an AI-enabled Industry 4.0 software solution for production and quality management. We're looking for a sales-savvy freelancer to take discovery and demo calls off our plate — someone who can run a confident, credible conversation in Turkish with factory owners and managers, walk them through a slide pitch and a simple product demo, and qualify them using our discovery framework. You won't be doing this alone: you'll work directly alongside the founders and our local advisors — industry veterans in Turkish apparel manufacturing — who regularly join or back up discovery and demo calls. This is a hands-on, collaborative role, not a script-and-go gig. 90% of the job is online calls, occasionally in-person meeting attendance may be required within Istanbul. What you'll do: Run discovery calls with inbound and warm leads (understand their production setup, QC process, and pain points) Deliver a general slide pitch and a simple, guided product walkthrough (not a deep technical demo — we'll train you on the product) Ask qualifying questions from our discovery script to size and prioritize leads Work closely with the founders and local industry advisors, who often join calls or help prep for trickier prospects Log call outcomes and next steps in our CRM. Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups with the founding team. We'll provide: call script, ICP quick-reference card, objection-handling cheat sheet, product one-pager, and a walkthrough of the demo flow before your first live call. Must-have: - Fluent/native Turkish, strong business English (written and spoken) - Digitally native — comfortable picking up new SaaS tools, CRMs, and video/scheduling software quickly without hand-holding - Comfortable with B2B software concepts — able to understand and explain a SaaS product, not just read a script - Prior experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing SaaS/software role - Reliable video call setup and professional, confident phone/video presence - Available for calls with reasonable overlap with Turkey business hours (GMT+3) - Genuinely excited about working with a European startup — comfortable with the pace, ambiguity, and direct access to founders that comes with early-stage work Nice-to-have (not required): Familiarity with apparel/textile manufacturing, sourcing, or quality control (AQL, inline/final inspection, etc.) — or genuine willingness to learn the domain Engagement: Starting as a paid trial (5–10 calls) to confirm fit on both sides before moving to an ongoing arrangement. Ongoing work would be part-time, per-call or hourly, scaling with lead volume.
