B2B Sales Development Representative (US Market)

We are looking for a proactive B2B Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities in the US market. Responsibilities: • Identify decision-makers at target companies. • Use tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, RocketReach, or similar platforms to source direct phone numbers and contact information. • Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce our services and qualify potential customers. • Schedule meetings for the sales team. • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with prospects. • Meet weekly outreach and appointment targets. Requirements: • Experience in US B2B cold calling or outbound sales. • Familiar with lead generation tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, RocketReach, Lusha, etc. • Strong English communication skills. • Comfortable speaking with decision-makers over the phone. • Self-motivated and results-driven. Preferred: • Experience booking meetings with US companies. • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Compensation: Base salary + performance bonus based on qualified meetings booked.
