We help enterprise clients streamline their international trade through our unique, highly efficient operational framework. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, high-performing B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead our outbound lead generation and cold prospecting efforts in the United States. Your primary mission is to break through gatekeepers, identify decision-makers (Directors of Operations, Supply Chain Managers, and C-suite Executives), and schedule qualified introductory discovery meetings for our principal consulting team. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct strategic outbound cold calling and multi-channel outreach (including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email sequences) to highly targeted B2B logistics accounts. * Qualify enterprise prospects based on their logistics pain points, operational scale, and supply chain needs. * Consistently book and secure introductory appointments on our leadership calendar. * Maintain complete, accurate, and disciplined activity tracking and notes within our CRM platform. Requirements: * Proven track record as a successful B2B SDR or Business Development Representative (BDR) focusing on outbound lead generation. * Prior experience prospecting within complex corporate sectors such as logistics, 3PL/4PL, cross-border transportation, warehousing, or industrial supply chains. * Native-level English fluency with impeccable verbal and written communication skills; absolute confidence speaking to American enterprise executives. * Mastery of cold outreach strategies, objection handling, and appointment-setting mechanics. * Experience utilizing Sales Navigator and standard B2B CRM structures.
