We are looking for a B2B sales professional who can help Gydra Digital acquire new clients in international markets. We are interested in a long-term, commission-based partnership, with recurring commission paid throughout the duration of each client relationship. ABOUT GYDRA DIGITAL Gydra Digital is a digital agency working with companies across international markets. Our services include SEO, GEO, and visibility across AI-powered search platforms, content marketing, paid advertising, analytics, UX, and website design and development. We do not sell the same pre-made packages to every company regardless of its situation. We tailor the scope of work to the client’s actual challenges, business goals, priorities, and available resources. We mainly work with companies that: - already have an established business and a budget for growth, - want to generate more qualified inquiries and sales, - need to organize or improve their digital activities, - are looking for a long-term partner rather than the cheapest provider for individual tasks. We primarily focus on established service-based and B2B companies, including businesses in the legal, medical, technology, automotive, SaaS, professional services, and e-commerce sectors. WHAT THE COLLABORATION INVOLVES Your role will be to independently identify potential clients and start conversations about working with Gydra Digital. Your responsibilities may include: - researching and identifying potential clients, - reaching out by phone, email, LinkedIn, or other suitable channels, - conducting initial conversations, - understanding the prospect’s needs, - arranging meetings with our team, - moving qualified leads towards signing a contract. You will not be expected to handle detailed technical discussions about SEO, paid advertising, analytics, or website development on your own. For more advanced conversations, we provide strategic and technical support, prepare the proposed scope of work, and create the final offer. At the beginning of the collaboration, you will also receive materials that introduce Gydra Digital, our services, our project process, and how we work with clients. We do not require you to use a specific sales channel. You may rely on your existing business network, referrals, cold email, phone outreach, LinkedIn, or any other legal method that genuinely works. COMMISSION MODEL For every client you bring to Gydra Digital, you will receive an agreed percentage of the contract value for the entire duration of that client’s cooperation with us. This is not a one-off commission paid only when the contract is signed. As long as the client continues working with us, you will continue to receive your share. Commissions from multiple clients are paid simultaneously and add up over time. The more active clients you acquire, the higher your recurring monthly commission can become. There is no limit on the number of clients you can bring in and no maximum commission cap. For example, if you acquire several clients who continue working with us over a longer period, you will receive commissions on all those contracts at the same time. The exact commission rate will be agreed upon before the collaboration begins. The rules for calculating and paying commissions will also be clearly documented. We want both sides to know from the start: - which clients are assigned to you, - which contract value the commission is calculated from, - how the commission is paid, - how long the commission remains payable. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR This is not a traditional employment position. We do not require a specific degree, a fixed number of working hours, or extensive experience at a marketing agency. What matters most is: - confidence when speaking with business owners and decision-makers, - the ability to build new business relationships, - independence, - consistency in following up and managing conversations, - an honest and transparent approach to reporting and assigning acquired clients. Experience in B2B sales, marketing, SaaS, IT, web development, or professional services will be a strong advantage, but it is not essential. This collaboration can be combined with your current job, freelance work, your own business, or other projects. Results matter more than the number of hours spent working.
