We work with home buyers, athletes, chiropractic clinics, medspas, and boutique fitness studios across the US and Canada. We're an authorized dealer for 12+ premium brands. Positioning is consultative — we help buyers pick the right equipment for their space, use case, and revenue goals. We don't race to the bottom on price. Our B2B channel has real demand. Documented buyers include chiropractic clinics, medspas, and Pilates studios placing $15K–$50K orders. But we haven't built a repeatable outbound engine yet. That's where you come in. What you'll own 1. Outbound B2B pipeline Build Apollo lists (chiropractors, integrative medicine, sports medicine, medspas, boutique fitness studios in US + Canada). Run Instantly.ai cold sequences (3 already written — you refine and add new ones). Personalize with AI. Generic blasts not acceptable. Layer LinkedIn outreach where relevant. 2. Pipeline recovery Work our voided order backlog. Requote where appropriate. Reactivate old quote requests. Requote, follow up, close. 3. Qualified inbound close Support team hands off high-intent B2B leads. You take discovery → proposal → close. You do NOT handle support tickets, order processing, or general customer service. 4. Proposal + pipeline hygiene Draft commercial proposals using AI. Templates provided. Keep ClickUp pipeline current. Track stakeholder maps on multi-buyer deals. 5. Onboard yourself fast Interview our support lead. Extract product knowledge, buyer objections, supplier quirks. Turn it into a working playbook. Use Claude/ChatGPT to speed-comprehend our brand docs and order history. Ask sharp, prepared questions. 6. Weekly reporting Friday: pipeline value, meetings booked, proposals sent, deals closed, reply rates, close rates. Surface patterns. If chiropractors reply 4x more than medspas, tell us and shift focus. Required 4+ years consultative B2B sales with deals $3K+. Real quote-to-close cycles where you owned the number. Hunter mindset. You've carried a quota. Follow-up 7–12 times is second nature. English C1+. Phone calls with US buyers. Clarity and confidence non-negotiable. Self-directed. You onboard yourself. Read docs, ask right questions, build a plan. Deep AI fluency. Claude/ChatGPT is in your daily workflow. You've built prompt libraries, Custom GPTs, or Claude Projects. You research prospects, personalize outbound, draft proposals, and prep for calls with AI. Tool-comfortable. Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ClickUp, Google Workspace. Not a fit if You want a fixed 40-hour week with heavy management. You need base above $2,500/month starting out. You've never closed a deal above $3,000. AI tools are new or unfamiliar. You're already juggling 3+ part-time clients. Compensation Months 1–3: $1,000/month base 6% commission on closed and collected revenue $500 first-deal bonus Milestone 1 (Month 4, if $50K+ cumulative closed): Base moves to $1,300/month Commission stays at 6% Milestone 2 (Month 7, if $150K+ cumulative OR $50K+/month run rate): Base moves to $1,600/month Commission moves to 5% Quarterly performance bonus added Mature-state take-home realistically sits $3,500–$5,000/month for a part-time role. We understand ramp. Miss consistently without a clear reason → we adjust or move on. AI fluency — what we actually mean Everyone has used ChatGPT once. That's not what we mean. Fluency looks like: A Claude Project or Custom GPT loaded with an ICP profile, product specs, and objection library. You paste discovery notes in, get a proposal draft in 3 minutes. Researching 50 prospects in 30 minutes with unique first-line personalization for each. Objection role-plays with Claude before high-stakes calls. Prompt libraries you've refined over months. You know when to use Claude vs. ChatGPT vs. Perplexity. In the interview, we'll ask you to demo this live. Come prepared. Timezone + logistics Remote — LATAM strongly preferred (Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Costa Rica) 4+ hours daily overlap with US Eastern (9 AM – 2 PM ET) Independent contractor, monthly invoicing via Wise / Deel / Payoneer Interview process We want to make the best possible hire.
