Everything we build runs on the client's own hardware — no cloud dependency, no data leaving their building. We serve construction, legal, manufacturing, distribution, and other industries where data privacy actually matters. We have the product. We have proven results. We have clients paying $5,000 to $40,000+ per engagement, with many converting to monthly retainers after delivery. What we need is someone who can consistently get us in front of the right people. **The Role** You'll be doing outbound outreach to small businesses (10-200 employees) who handle sensitive data and have painful, repetitive processes eating up labor hours. Your job is to start conversations, qualify leads, and book discovery calls. We close the deals — you open the doors. This is 100% commission: **15% of every closed deal you source.** On our typical project range, that's $750 to $6,000+ per sale. Retainer clients mean recurring income for you too. **What You'll Be Selling** Real examples of what we build: - A construction company's document review went from a full day to under an hour - A sales firm's court filing pipeline replaced a paralegal's entire week of work - A parts distributor's manual quoting process went from hours per request to seconds These aren't hypothetical. These are live, paying clients. You'll have case studies, a professional website, and a founder who converts 100% of qualified meetings into contracts. **What We're Looking For** - Experience with B2B outreach (cold email, LinkedIn, phone — whatever you're best at) - Comfortable selling technical services to non-technical business owners - Self-motivated. We're not going to micromanage your outreach schedule - Reliable communication. Weekly check-ins, pipeline updates, honest about what's working - You actually want to be part of something, not just collect a check **What You're NOT** - A lead scraper who dumps a list and disappears - Someone who needs a script for every conversation - Looking for hourly pay with no accountability to results **Compensation** - 15% commission on all closed revenue from leads you source - Typical deal: $5,000-$15,000 (your cut: $750-$2,250) - Larger builds: $15,000-$40,000+ (your cut: $2,250-$6,000+) - Monthly retainers from your clients = recurring commission - No cap on earnings **To Apply** Tell me three things: 1.
