# B2B Sales Representative – Electronic Components **Remote | Base Pay + Uncapped Commission** ## About Summon Electronics Summon Electronics is a service-oriented electronic components distributor and supply chain partner supporting OEMs, contract manufacturers, industrial companies, transportation organizations, and technology-driven businesses. We help customers with: * Electronic component sourcing and distribution * Hard-to-find, obsolete, allocated, and long-lead-time parts * Cost-reduction opportunities * Custom manufacturing support * Inventory and fulfillment programs * Supply chain transparency and traceability * Engineering and quality coordination We move quickly, solve difficult sourcing problems, and build long-term customer relationships through responsiveness, market knowledge, and strong execution. ## About the Role We are looking for a driven and highly motivated **B2B Sales Representative** to develop new customer accounts and generate sales opportunities. This is a hunter-style sales role for someone who is comfortable making outbound calls, developing relationships, following up consistently, and closing B2B opportunities. You will communicate with purchasing managers, buyers, engineers, supply chain professionals, operations teams, and business owners. This is a fully remote position with **base pay plus uncapped commission**. ## Responsibilities * Conduct consistent outbound prospecting calls to generate new business opportunities * Identify and contact potential customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other sales channels * Develop new customer accounts across the electronics, manufacturing, industrial, and technology sectors * Introduce Summon Electronics as a potential electronic components and supply chain partner * Identify customer sourcing challenges, shortages, cost-reduction needs, and upcoming requirements * Generate RFQs and qualified sales opportunities * Build relationships with purchasing, engineering, operations, and supply chain teams * Follow up consistently with prospects and customers * Maintain accurate notes and activity records in the CRM * Work closely with sourcing, purchasing, operations, and management * Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while protecting company margins * Manage opportunities from initial prospecting through order placement * Stay informed about electronic component market conditions, shortages, pricing, and availability ## Required Qualifications * At least 2 years of B2B sales, business development, appointment-setting, or cold-calling experience * Strong spoken and written English * Confidence making high-volume outbound calls * Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Ability to work independently in a remote environment * Strong follow-up and organizational skills * Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, LinkedIn, and sales software * Reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and professional remote workspace * Ability to work during agreed U.S. business hours ## Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred: * Electronic components * Semiconductor or electrical products * Manufacturing * Contract manufacturing * PCB or PCBA services * Industrial equipment * Supply chain or procurement * Distribution * Technical or engineering-related sales * OEM or contract manufacturer account development Existing relationships within the electronics or manufacturing industries are a strong advantage. ## Ideal Candidate You may be a strong fit if you are: * Competitive and motivated by performance * Persistent without being unprofessional * Comfortable hearing “no” and continuing to prospect * Energetic and confident on the phone * Highly organized and disciplined * Accountable for your activity and results * Able to learn technical products and sourcing terminology * Focused on building long-term customer relationships * Interested in growing into an account management or sales leadership role ## Compensation * Competitive base pay based on experience, location, and schedule * Uncapped commission on profitable sales * Performance incentives may be available * Long-term earning potential for candidates who successfully develop and grow customer accounts The specific base-pay structure will be discussed during the interview. ## Work Schedule * Fully remote * Monday through Friday * Availability during agreed U.S. business hours is required * Candidates may apply from Pakistan, India, the Philippines, the United States, and other locations ## Why Join Summon Electronics?
