Your primary focus will be selling our healthcare tech services, specifically: Healthcare / HIPAA Software Development - rapid, compliant healthcare app development HIPAA-Compliant Vibe Coding - vibe coding finisher, production-ready, hipaa-compliant HIPAA Assessments & Audits - code-level compliance reviews for existing platforms HIPAA Compliance as a Service - outsourced HIPAA data management Applied AI/RAG Integration - HIPAA-compliant AI, embedded into healthcare products Target buyers are healthtech founders, physician entrepreneurs, CTOs, clinical directors, and digital health startups who need a trusted, technical partner - not just a vendor. What You'll Do Prospect and outreach to healthcare software companies, healthtech startups, and digital health founders Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls with our leadership team Manage pipeline through close, handing off to delivery team post-signature Represent Company on LinkedIn, industry communities, and via cold outreach Hit monthly pipeline and revenue targets You're a Great Fit If You… Have experience selling B2B software services, IT outsourcing, or healthtech solutions Understand (or can quickly learn) HIPAA, healthcare workflows, or software development Are comfortable with longer sales cycles Are self-directed, metric-driven, and thrive working remotely Can communicate technical value to non-technical buyers Compensation Base hourly rate (to be discussed based on experience) Commission on closed deals: structure shared during interview Opportunity to grow into a full-time role as pipeline scales NOT a fit if you sell: WordPress/marketing sites, standalone data science projects, or Salesforce implementations To Apply, please share: A brief overview of your B2B tech sales background Examples of deals you've closed (size, industry, cycle length) Your approach to outbound prospecting
