B2C Customer Acquisition & Performance Marketing Partner

THEY WILL BE IGNORED We are looking for a performance marketing specialist or growth strategist to help launch and scale the B2C customer acquisition side of an established Florida-based floral business currently operating exclusively in the B2B market. The business currently has a strong existing brand and client base. The e-commerce side is being handled internally. What we need is a results-driven partner focused entirely on driving customer acquisition and building a scalable B2C growth engine. This Is a Revenue Share Engagement We are not looking for a traditional agency or freelancer on a flat fee. We are looking for a growth partner who is confident enough in their ability to deliver results to participate in a revenue share model. What You Will Own: Paid social strategy and execution Meta, Instagram, TikTok (we have ad budget) Google Ads and search acquisition Influencer and UGC sourcing strategy for the floral and gifting market Funnel optimization and conversion strategy Monthly reporting on CAC, ROAS, and revenue attribution Who We Are Looking For: Proven track record in B2C customer acquisition and performance marketing preferably in flower industry Experience in lifestyle, gifting, luxury, or floral verticals a strong plus Comfortable working on a revenue share or hybrid model Data driven and able to show clear results from past campaigns South Florida market knowledge preferred but not required Compensation: Revenue share model. Percentage to be discussed based on experience and proposed approach. Please include in your application how you typically structure these arrangements and what split you work with.
