I’m looking for someone who can move fast, reach people where they are, and drive B2C sales through influencers, affiliates, and multiple diaspora networks. If you understand the culture and know how to activate. IG/TikTok/WhatsApp/churches/salons/communities, this role is made for you. Your Focus (Simple + Weekly) – Build targeted lists of influencers and affiliates. – Reach out daily and secure real partnerships. – Activate diaspora communities (UK/US). – Push our offers across IG, TikTok, WhatsApp, and local diaspora hubs. – Report activity clearly and transparently. – Hit weekly growth milestones that we’ll agree together. Your results will be very visible, very quickly. What You Need to Bring – Deep social media marketing experience and ability to connect with Nigerian diaspora audiences – Confident with influencer outreach – Comfortable approaching pastors, salons, barbers, DJs, MCs, community organisers – Strong communication skills – A doer’s mindset: fast, resourceful, accountable – Available immediately If you already have diaspora connections or creator networks, that’s a big advantage. Pay Structure Start with commission-only, moving to fixed base plus commission. For the right person, we want this to quickly move to a hybrid (fixed base + commission) model.
