BIM Modeler

Job Location: Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) Onsite Employment Type: Full Time Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for Civil, Architectural, Structural, and Infrastructure projects. Prepare accurate 2D drawings, shop drawings, sections, elevations, and schedules from BIM models. Create and modify BIM families and project templates. Coordinate models with multidisciplinary teams (Civil, Structural, MEP, Utilities, Roads, Landscape). Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues. Ensure compliance with Municipality standards, BIM Execution Plan (BEP), ISO 19650, and project requirements. Update models throughout design and construction phases. Produce quantity take-offs and support estimation activities. Participate in coordination meetings and address design comments. Maintain project documentation within the Common Data Environment (CDE). Support BIM Coordinator and BIM Manager in project delivery. Ensure models achieve the required Level of Development (LOD). Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or a related field. 3–7 years of BIM Modeling experience. Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is preferred. Experience on Municipality or Infrastructure projects is an advantage. European/ Australian/Ukrainian nationality preferred. Required Software Skills Autodesk Revit AutoCAD Navisworks Manage Civil 3D (preferred) BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud Microsoft Office Technical Skills Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination. Experience with LOD 100–500. Understanding of ISO 19650 standards. Ability to produce construction and shop drawings. Knowledge of clash detection and model coordination. Experience with infrastructure, roads, utilities, landscape, or municipal projects is preferred. Soft Skills Excellent communication skills. Team player. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Time management and ability to meet deadlines. Attention to detail. Preferred Certifications Autodesk Certified Professional – Revit. BIM Professional Certification (preferred). Knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM standards.
