This is NOT a new CRM implementation. This is a transformation project focused on simplification, reorganization, integration repair, portal implementation, and operational efficiency. GOAL Create a clean, easy-to-use operating system that supports: • Scale Accounting & Taxes • iTAX Service Bureau • Internal Team • Clients • iTAX Partners while reducing complexity and improving usability.
