BOQ / Quantity Surveyor & Construction Estimator Needed for Luxury Classical Villa

I am looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Construction Estimator to prepare a complete BOQ and quantity takeoff for a luxury classical villa project. Project Details Luxury Classical Style Villa Plot Area: Approximately 12 Acres Built-up Area: * Ground Floor: Approximately 11,000 sq.ft. * First Floor: Approximately 11,000 sq.ft. * Rooftop Level with Home Theater and Terrace Garden Available Documents: * RCC Structural Design * Architectural Floor Plans * 3D Model * Compound Wall around the entire site perimeter Scope of Work Prepare a detailed BOQ and quantity takeoff covering all major construction items, including: * Earthwork * Excavation * PCC * RCC * Reinforcement Steel * Formwork * Masonry * Plaster * Waterproofing * Flooring * Stone Works * Doors and Windows * Finishes * Roofing and Terrace Works * Compound Wall * External Development * Other major civil items required for accurate estimation If material procurement quantities or material schedules are part of your workflow, please include them. Deliverables * Detailed BOQ in Excel * Quantity Takeoff Sheets * Calculation Sheets * Measurement References linked to drawings * Editable source files * Documented assumptions * Revision support for minor drawing updates Knowledge Transfer This project is important because I also want to understand the estimation process. The selected freelancer should: * Explain the quantity calculation methodology. * Walk me through the BOQ during one or two online meetings. * Answer reasonable technical questions about the calculations. * Explain how the final quantities were derived from the drawings. Preferred Qualifications * Civil Engineer or Quantity Surveyor * Experience with luxury residential projects * Strong knowledge of RCC and architectural quantity takeoffs * Excellent Excel skills * Clear communication of calculations When Applying, Please Include 1.
