Summary

We're building out the sales function for a growing BPO company based in Guyana. We place dedicated remote staff with US companies, native English speakers in EST timezone, across ops, admin, customer service, and back office roles. We're looking for someone who has actually done this before and been successful at it. Not someone who thinks they can figure it out. Someone who has opened doors with US business owners for outsourcing or staffing services and knows what works. We don't want to tell you how to do this. If you've done it, you already know. We want to hear your approach and see what you can produce. Who we're looking for: -Direct BPO, staffing, or outsourcing sales experience with US clients -Has booked meetings and closed deals in this space before -Knows how to identify companies that are ready to buy -Can work independently and get creative with outreach -Bonus if you have an existing network of US buyers or referral partners
