U.S.-Based Business Development Representative (Remote) Ideal for College Students, Recent Graduates, and Early-Career Professionals We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to help identify new business opportunities, engage prospective clients, and support growth initiatives across the United States. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in business development, sales, partnerships, and client acquisition while working directly with experienced business leaders. We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn, take initiative, and build valuable real-world experience in a client-facing role. Responsibilities Research target companies and key decision-makers Build prospect lists using LinkedIn and online research tools Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other channels Schedule introductory meetings with prospective clients Support business development and partnership initiatives Maintain accurate records within CRM platforms Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships Assist with outbound campaigns and pipeline development Requirements Must be based in the United States Current college student, recent graduate, or early-career professional Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable learning new technology and sales tools Self-motivated and able to work independently Professional, reliable, and proactive Preferred Qualifications Previous internship experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer success, or related fields Familiarity with LinkedIn, HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, or similar platforms Experience in student leadership, athletics, clubs, entrepreneurship, or other extracurricular activities demonstrating initiative and leadership Interest in technology, digital services, consulting, or professional services What You'll Gain Real-world business development experience Exposure to outbound sales and partnership development Mentorship from experienced business leaders Experience using modern sales and prospecting tools Opportunity to develop highly transferable professional skills Application Questions Please answer the following when applying: Are you currently based in the United States?
