US-Based Sales Closer (Commission-Only)

Countica Globe is a growing accounting firm serving businesses across the United States with bookkeeping, accounting, and virtual CFO services. We are looking for a confident, United States based sales representative to make outbound calls to business owners, spark interest, qualify them, and book them into a closing meeting with our founder, who runs the final close. This is a commission only, long term role, and we want one reliable partner to grow with us, not a short gig. What you will do: 1. Make outbound cold calls to United States business owners who fit our ideal client profile 2. Open conversations confidently and clearly explain the value of our services 3. Qualify each prospect for budget, need, and fit 4. Book qualified prospects into a closing meeting on the founder calendar 5. Follow up with prospects who need time and keep your pipeline organized 6. Log every call, contact, and outcome in our shared tracker What we offer: 1. $500 for every client that signs, provided the client is on a monthly retainer of $2,000 or more 2. Commission increases to $600-$700 per closed client after your fifth close 3. Completely uncapped earnings, with recurring monthly clients 4. Our ideal client profile, proven call scripts, talking points, and objection guidance 5. A booking calendar and full support from the founder on every deal 6. A flexible remote schedule and a genuine long term partnership What we are looking for: 1. Based in the United States with excellent, natural spoken English 2. Proven cold calling, outbound sales, or telemarketing experience 3. Thick skinned, persistent, and comfortable hearing no on the way to yes 4. Confident on the phone and quick to build rapport 5. Self driven, reliable, and motivated by results based pay 6. Wants a long term role, not a short gig How to work with us and apply: We communicate daily by message and hold a short weekly video sync to review pipeline and remove blockers.
