What We Do LeadPulse is a managed inbound lead response service for US small businesses in HVAC, roofing, law, and similar verticals. We ensure every inbound lead gets an immediate response and structured 14-day follow-up. Clients pay $1,500/month for us to take lead follow-up off their plate completely. The founder is based in Indonesia. We need a reliable US-based operator to handle outreach, qualification calls, and occasional client-side support during US business hours. What the Role Involves Business development (primary focus) Targeted outbound outreach using real response-time audit data, not mass cold calling Qualification and discovery calls using a proven framework we provide Booking and running 30-minute process review calls Moving qualified prospects to agreement Occasional operational support Light client communication or escalation support during US hours if issues arise No technical skills required. A clear step-by-step playbook covers everything. What You Need Based in the US Comfortable on the phone with SMB owners Organised, calm, and able to follow a process Self-motivated with an eye on long-term income, not a salary Compensation 20% of monthly revenue from every client you close, paid once client payments clear and the initial guarantee period is completed. Commissions continue for as long as the client stays active. No time cap. Potential to become a partner long term 5 active clients = approximately $1,500/month recurring 10 active clients = approximately $3,000/month recurring This role is designed for someone who wants flexibility and long-term recurring income rather than a traditional salaried sales role.
