Beauty Brand Packaging Designer Needed – Luxury PR Box Design (Adobe Illustrator)

We’re looking for an experienced packaging designer with a strong portfolio in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics to help us design a premium PR box for an upcoming beauty brand launch. This is a focused design project with a clear creative direction. We already have the structural packaging complete and are looking for someone to execute the visual design to a high standard. We will provide all creative assets, including: * Complete brand guidelines * Brand story and creative direction * Adobe Illustrator dielines and packaging files * Logos and brand assets * Fonts * Color palette and Pantones * Existing artwork and imagery * Recommended copy * Detailed guidance on layout and overall design direction * The hero image that will wrap around the top lid of the box Your role will be to take these assets and create a beautiful, luxury PR box that feels elevated, cohesive, and on-brand. This is not a branding project—we already have the visual identity established. We’re looking for someone with a great eye for premium packaging who can bring everything together into a polished final design. Requirements: * Strong experience designing packaging for beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or luxury consumer brands * Experience designing PR boxes, gift boxes, or premium packaging * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator * Strong understanding of print production and packaging artwork * Excellent attention to detail and typography * Ability to work quickly and communicate clearly Bonus: * Experience working with prestige beauty brands * Experience designing PR mailers or influencer launch kits * Knowledge of luxury packaging finishes (foil, embossing, soft-touch, spot UV, etc.) * Experience preparing artwork for production with packaging manufacturers When applying, please include: * Examples of beauty packaging or PR boxes you’ve designed * A brief description of your experience with premium consumer brands * Your estimated turnaround time for this project We’re looking to begin immediately and would love to work with someone who has an eye for modern, premium beauty aesthetics.
