Freelance Business Development Representative (Singapore) – Beauty & Skincare We are looking for a Singapore-based freelance Business Development Representative to support the market validation of SolaRosette, a premium natural skincare and haircare brand from Jordan. This is a B2B market validation project, not a digital marketing role. ### Responsibilities - Visit selected beauty retailers, pharmacies, beauty salons, spas, and potential distributors in Singapore. - Introduce the SolaRosette brand and product samples. - Gather structured feedback on product positioning, pricing, and market interest. - Identify potential distributors, retailers, and business partners. - Record meeting outcomes and provide a concise summary report with recommendations. - Coordinate remotely with our project team. ### Preferred Qualifications - Based in Singapore. - Experience in business development, B2B sales, field sales, or channel development. - Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, or retail industry is highly preferred. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Comfortable conducting in-person meetings independently. - Existing network within Singapore's beauty or retail industry is a plus. ### Project Details - Flexible, project-based engagement. - Initial scope focuses on validating market interest through meetings with potential business partners. - Opportunity for continued collaboration if the pilot is successful. ### How the Project Works We will first ship product samples from Jordan to Singapore. The selected freelancer will receive the samples and visit a shortlist of beauty retailers, pharmacies, beauty salons, spas, and other relevant businesses that we identify together. During each visit, the objective is to introduce the SolaRosette brand, present the products, and have a genuine business conversation with the owner or decision-maker. Where appropriate, you may leave product samples for them to evaluate. The goal is to collect structured feedback on the products, including their first impressions, product quality, pricing, positioning, target customers, and whether they believe the brand has commercial potential in the Singapore market. This is a market validation project, not a direct sales role. We are looking for honest market insights and an assessment of whether SolaRosette has the potential to succeed in Singapore. If the initial validation is positive, the next phase of the project will focus on identifying and developing long-term distribution and retail partnerships. When applying, please include: 1.
