Summary

We're looking for a sharp, experienced beverage/spirits marketing specialist to help us execute across several critical workstreams simultaneously. This is not a generalist role — we need someone who knows the RTD and spirits space, understands the espresso martini trend deeply, and can move with urgency. What You'll Work On • Investor Deck Review & Polish — critique and strengthen our existing 16-slide pre-seed investor deck (market sizing, competitive positioning, financial narrative, slide design) • Go-to-Market Strategy — build out our Michigan and Florida launch strategy: retail channel prioritization, distributor approach, sampling/activation calendar • Espresso Martini Competitive Landscape — deep dive on who owns the espresso martini RTD space right now, what's in market, pricing, positioning gaps, and where Sintini wins • Brand Messaging & Positioning — refine our brand voice, consumer personas, key messaging hierarchy, and product story for both retail shelf and digital channels • Social Media & Content Strategy — platform prioritization (Instagram, TikTok), content pillars, posting cadence, influencer/creator strategy for a spirits RTD launch • Crowdfunding Campaign Support — Wefunder equity crowdfunding campaign launching alongside Fall 2026 Michigan retail; need compelling campaign copy, perks strategy, and community-building guidance • Digital Advertising Compliance Guidance — experience with alcohol advertising restrictions on Meta, Google, and TikTok required; we need a compliant paid social strategy • Press & PR Strategy — identify target outlets, craft brand story pitch, and help with launch PR outreach for trade (Beverage World, Brewbound) and consumer media • Retail Sell Sheet — design-ready copy and structure for a distributor/retailer one-pager • Email Marketing Setup — brand intro email sequence, pre-launch list building, launch day campaign WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required Experience • 3+ years in CPG beverage or spirits marketing — RTD, beer, wine, or cocktail-adjacent brands strongly preferred • Demonstrable experience with espresso martini, cocktail culture, or premium RTD category — you should understand why this moment is right for this product • Investor deck review experience — you've worked with early-stage brands raising capital and know what investors in the beverage space want to see • Alcohol advertising compliance knowledge — Meta, Google, TikTok, and DISCUS/TTB guidelines • Go-to-market experience for a physical retail product — distributor, on-premise, or off-premise channel strategy • Strong written communication — you write punchy, clear brand copy, not corporate filler Strongly Preferred • Experience with equity crowdfunding campaigns (Wefunder, Republic, StartEngine) for consumer brands • Prior work with women-owned, mission-driven, or cause-marketing brands • Michigan and/or Florida market knowledge — distribution landscape, key retail accounts • Familiarity with the three-tier alcohol distribution system • Startup/pre-launch brand experience — you know the difference between building a brand from scratch and managing an established one
