We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and fully bilingual Administrative Operations Coordinator to support daily operations and help ensure a seamless experience for both clients and internal team members. IMPORTANT LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT: This is a fully bilingual position requiring professional fluency in both English and Spanish. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Bilingual Administrative Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the company’s daily administrative and operational workflow. This position is responsible for coordinating appointments and schedules, organizing blood work and laboratory logistics, maintaining internal systems and records, handling reporting and invoicing tasks, and supporting communication across multiple departments. This role requires daily communication in both English and Spanish with clients, doctors, laboratories, pharmacies, and internal team members. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, responsive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment. CORE RESPONSIBILITES: - Coordinate client scheduling and appointment management - Communicate with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients - Organize blood work requests, lab coordination, and follow-up logistics - Maintain and update CRM records accurately and consistently - Assist with invoices, operational reports, and administrative tracking - Coordinate internal meetings and team communications - Support day-to-day operational and administrative workflows - Ensure client information and internal records remain organized and up to date - Collaborate with team members across multiple departments and countries WHAT WE OFFER: - Stable monthly salary - Long-term growth opportunity - Fully remote work environment - Opportunity to work with an international team - Fast-paced and growth-oriented company culture - Meaningful role with direct operational impact POSITION TYPE: - Full-Time Remote Position
