Summary

We are a fast-growing international relocation agency looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and persuasive Bilingual Appointment Setter to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for clients moving across the globe, ensuring they receive a professional and seamless onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp. • Qualify potential clients and schedule volume surveys/consultations for the sales team. • Maintain and update client records within our CRM to ensure no lead is left behind. • Coordinate between international clients and our global sales team. Requirements: • Language: Must be bilingual in French and English (Native or near-native level for both is mandatory). • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional "feeling." • Experience: Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is highly preferred. • Tech Savvy: Experience with CRMs and digital communication tools (WhatsApp Business, Hubspot, Cloudtalk etc.) is a significant advantage. • Availability: Must be able to work the specific schedule below. Schedule & Compensation: • Hours: 22 hours per week. • Structure: 4 hours per day (Monday–Friday) + 2 hours on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). • Pay: €500 – €700 per month (depending on experience).
