Bilingual Call Center Agent (English & Haitian Creole) — Remote

We're a dental group looking for a friendly, reliable call center agent who is fluent in both English and Haitian Creole to join our remote team. What you'll do: Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients Schedule and confirm appointments Answer basic questions about our services and membership plans Follow up with patients via phone and text Maintain a warm, professional, and helpful tone on every call What we're looking for: Fluent in both English and Haitian Creole (speaking, reading, and writing) Clear phone voice and strong communication skills Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment Comfortable using scheduling software and basic computer tools Previous call center, customer service, or dental/medical office experience is a plus Details: Rate: $11/hour Location: Remote If you're personable, dependable, and enjoy helping people, we'd love to hear from you.
