Bilingual Callers Needed For Clinical Research Patient Screening

Patient Call Agent (Remote) Clinical Trial Scan is a U.S.-based company that helps connect patients with clinical research studies. We are seeking a highly professional Patient Call Agent with exceptional spoken English to speak with U.S.-based patients and guide them through our screening process. Responsibilities: • Review patient information before each call • Conduct scripted phone interviews with individuals who have already expressed interest in clinical research studies • Follow study-specific screening protocols and determine preliminary eligibility • Accurately document responses and maintain detailed notes • Update patient records and statuses within our CRM system • Schedule appointments with research sites when appropriate • Coordinate appointment information with research sites and internal staff • Manage follow-up calls, reschedules, and patient communications • Follow company SOPs and quality standards • Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic demeanor on every call Requirements: • Exceptional spoken English with near-native pronunciation • Ability to communicate naturally and professionally with U.S.-based patients • Minimal accent strongly preferred • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow scripts precisely • Excellent listening, communication, and customer service skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace • Availability for 5–6 hours per day • Preferred: Availability during U.S. West Coast business hours (Pacific Time) Compensation: $1,000–$1,200 USD/month Compensation is based on English proficiency, communication skills, schedule availability, attention to detail, and interview performance. Applicants must be able to communicate with U.S. patients clearly and naturally. Near-native English fluency and pronunciation are required.
