Bilingual Construction Contractor Relations Coordinator (English/Spanish)

We Are Looking for a Problem Solver, Not a Virtual Assistant. American Dream Home Remodeling is seeking a Bilingual Construction Contractor Relations Coordinator to help recruit, qualify, negotiate with, and coordinate subcontractors for residential construction projects throughout the United States. Our projects include: Decks Sunrooms Patio Covers Windows Roofing Siding Exterior Remodeling This position plays a critical role in keeping projects moving and ensuring we have qualified installers ready to perform work. If you need constant supervision, this role is not for you. If you naturally take ownership, follow processes, communicate clearly, and find solutions when problems arise, we'd like to speak with you. What You'll Be Responsible For Recruiting and qualifying subcontractors Calling contractors and confirming availability Negotiating labor pricing and schedules Coordinating project starts Reviewing scopes of work and labor budgets Following up on estimates and proposals Managing contractor relationships Tracking project status and maintaining accurate records Ensuring contracts and work orders are completed Communicating with contractors in both English and Spanish Working closely with production management to keep projects on schedule Required Qualifications Fluent English (spoken and written) Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) Strong phone communication skills Excellent organizational skills Detail-oriented Comfortable negotiating pricing and schedules Strong follow-up and persistence Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work independently without constant supervision Strongly Preferred Experience working with contractors or subcontractors Experience in construction, project coordination, scheduling, operations, recruiting, or sales Familiarity with residential construction projects such as decks, sunrooms, windows, roofing, siding, or exterior remodeling Understanding of labor pricing, scopes of work, and contractor management You do NOT need to be a contractor. However, you should be comfortable discussing construction projects and identifying when labor pricing, schedules, or scopes of work do not make sense.
