Bilingual Customer Service (English-Russian)

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities We are seeking an empathetic, detail-oriented Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English / Russian) to serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare facilities, physicians, patients, and field technologists. Inbound/Outbound Support & Care: Respond to inquiries, translate clinical order details between English and Russian, and assist Russian-speaking patients and families. Service Coordination: Handle dispatching, appointment scheduling, order entry, and real-time status updates for mobile imaging procedures. Issue Resolution & Documentation: Resolve scheduling conflicts, coordinate with field technologists, and maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant records. Qualifications & Requirements Language: Native or professional fluency in both English and Russian (verbal and written). Experience: 1–2+ years in customer service, medical dispatch, or intake (healthcare/telehealth experience preferred). Skills: Comfortable with CRM/EHR systems, multi-line phones, and MS Office/G-Suite. High emotional intelligence and strong active listening skills.
