Summary

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to support our growing service-based businesses. This is a remote position that involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities -Answer inbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries. -Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with questions and service requests. -Follow up with leads and existing customers. -Schedule appointments and coordinate customer communications. -Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and account information within the CRM. -Perform data entry and account management tasks. -Support customer retention and outreach campaigns. -Build and maintain positive customer relationships. -Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed. Requirements -Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). -Excellent communication and phone skills. -Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. -Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. -Comfortable using CRM systems and computer applications. -Ability to work independently in a remote environment. -Previous experience in customer service, sales, call center, appointment setting, or administrative support preferred.
