Summary

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Support Representative fluent in both German and English to join a growing international customer support team. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who is comfortable supporting customers across voice, chat, email, and ticketing channels while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and available to interview immediately. Responsibilities • Provide customer support via phone, live chat, email, and support tickets • Assist customers with account access, account management, and general inquiries • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service • Accurately document customer interactions and follow established processes • Escalate complex issues when necessary • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication in both German and English • Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction expectations Requirements • Fluent German (spoken and written) • Fluent English (spoken and written) • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, call center, or help desk environments • Experience handling voice, chat, email, and ticket-based support • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Reliable work-from-home setup • Stable high-speed internet connection • Professional headset and quiet workspace • Immediate availability preferred Training • Paid training provided • Training Schedule: Monday to Friday • Training Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST • Duration: Approximately 4-5 weeks Compensation • $8 USD per hour • Full-time opportunity • Long-term growth potential IMPORTANT This is an urgent hire.
