Bilingual Outreach Coordinator (Japanese/English) — Golf Club Filming Partnerships Location: Japan — Nagano, Hakuba, Matsumoto, or Tokyo area strongly preferred We are a global golf travel and media company producing high-quality golf travel and course content at world-class destinations. We're expanding into Japan and want to build relationships with select golf clubs to arrange filming their golf course and promoting them via our Travel Agency. We're looking for a bilingual outreach coordinator based in Japan to manage the full contact and follow-up process on our behalf. The Role We will supply you with a list of target golf clubs (including their websites). Your job is to identify the right contact at each club, reach out to explain our proposed filming project, and manage follow-up through to a resolution — ideally a phone call to discuss the opportunity directly. Responsibilities For each golf club we provide, research and identify the correct contact person — typically the General Manager or Sales & Marketing Manager — including: First name Last name Title LinkedIn profile (if available) Email address Phone number / WhatsApp Send an initial outreach message (either directly, or a proposal we provide for you to send on our behalf) introducing the filming project Follow up persistently and professionally until you receive a clear response If a response is positive - liase with us and them to finalise filming dates in October / November this year. Where possible, arrange or conduct a phone call with the contact to discuss the project further Maintain and deliver a detailed spreadsheet tracking: Club name and contact details Actions taken and dates (initial contact, each follow-up) Responses received and current status of each club Any notes relevant to next steps (eg filming dates, more information required etc) What Success Looks Like Accurate, correctly identified contacts at each club — no guesswork or generic addresses (e.g. info@) Persistent, professional follow-up that gets a genuine response rather than silence A clear, well-organized spreadsheet we can act on immediately Strong performance here may lead to further outreach projects in Japan as we expand to additional regions If you love golf you may even get to come and play with us at these courses. Requirements Fluent in both Japanese and English — written and spoken, with strong interpretation ability, as you will be writing outreach in Japanese and communicating results to us in English Based in Japan, ideally in the Nagano, Hakuba, Matsumoto, or Tokyo area Confident making phone calls in Japanese to arrange or conduct business conversations Impeccable attention to detail — accuracy in contact research and clean, organized reporting is essential Comfortable with independent research (LinkedIn, company websites, business directories) to identify the correct contact where it isn't obvious - but ideally just call the club and ask. Prior experience in business development, partnerships, outreach, or hospitality/tourism liaison work and / or translation or tour guiding is a strong plus Application Screening Question To be eligible for consideration, please answer the following in your application: name the two sisters who founded Nectar Cold Pressed in Australia.
