Bilingual AI Marketing Growth Strategist Needed for Long-Term Project

We're an AI-powered services company based in Florida, post-rebrand and in an accelerated growth phase. We're expanding nationally across Florida, Georgia, Texas, and New York. We're looking for a creative, autonomous, and bilingual AI Marketing Strategist to own our marketing — organic growth, brand presence, and commercial lead generation. This is a remote, long-term, full-time opportunity paid hourly. Commercial janitorial lead generation is the priority. Residential is secondary. Beyond lead gen, we need someone who can manage the brand end-to-end: content, social, automation, and reporting — without relying on paid ads. What you'll own: • Organic growth strategy using AI tools — content, SEO, social, community • Commercial lead gen targeting property managers, facility managers, and building owners • Content creation for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (min. 3x/week) • UGC-style content: cleaning videos, before/after, speed cleans • Workflow automation using no-code tools (n8n, Zapier, or equivalent) • Email, newsletter, and community engagement initiatives • Brand asset coordination — guidelines, templates, business cards • Weekly performance reports: reach, engagement, leads generated What we're looking for: • Fluent in English and Spanish • Proven experience growing audiences or generating leads without paid ads • Hands-on with AI content tools, automation platforms, and analytics • Knows what makes a cleaning or home services video work on TikTok • Can execute AND strategize — autonomous, meets deadlines, minimal hand-holding • Available to start immediately (week of June 9, 2026) Bonus: • Experience with HiggsField, Claude API, n8n, or Meet Alfred • Background in service-based businesses (cleaning, maintenance, facilities) • Email marketing or CRM automation experience • Knowledge of Google Ads or local SEO
