Summary

Bilingual Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher (English & Spanish) We are hiring a full-time bilingual Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher for a growing electrical service company serving residential customers in the United States. This is a long-term remote position for someone who is highly organized, sales-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced phone environment. This role is NOT a simple customer support position. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, dispatching technicians, following up with leads, booking appointments, and helping convert opportunities into scheduled jobs. What You’ll Be Doing * Answer inbound customer calls * Respond to new leads immediately * Schedule and dispatch technicians * Follow up on missed calls and unsold estimates * Handle upset customers professionally * Manage technician schedules and appointment changes * Make outbound calls to customers and leads * Help maximize booked appointments and sales opportunities * Maintain accurate notes and communication inside ServiceTitan This role handles approximately: * 30–50 inbound calls daily * Up to 100 customer touchpoints per day Requirements * Fluent English and Spanish (near-native spoken communication) * Excellent phone presence and communication skills * Strong sales and appointment booking ability * Ability to multitask under pressure * Organized and detail-oriented * Comfortable handling angry or frustrated customers * Reliable high-speed internet connection * Quiet professional home office * Professional headset and clear audio quality * Ability to work US Eastern Time hours * Punctual and highly responsive Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required. We can train the right person. Important This is a performance-based role. We are looking for someone reliable, accountable, and serious about long-term employment. You will be expected to: * Answer calls consistently * Follow up with leads immediately * Maintain strong attendance and punctuality * Communicate professionally at all times Poor internet connection, missed calls, poor communication, or unreliable attendance will not be tolerated. Compensation * $8–$10/hour depending on experience * Performance bonuses available * $10 spiff for after-hours lead bookings * Long-term growth opportunity with a growing company Training Training will be provided remotely and directly with ownership.
