We are looking for a motivated bilingual SDR to help generate new business through outbound calling, inbound lead response, follow-up, and relationship building. 🌎 Remote Position — Mexico & LATAM preferred. 📞 Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and respond to new leads quickly Follow up with leads via phone and text Make high-volume outbound calls daily Prospect: Property managers Realtors Estate sale companies Contractors Commercial businesses Schedule qualified estimates and appointments Keep CRM notes and follow-ups organized ✅ Qualifications Fluent English & Spanish (written/verbal) Strong English speaking skills with minimal accent Comfortable making lots of calls daily Sales, appointment setting, or customer service experience preferred Strong energy, communication, and work ethic Reliable internet + quiet workspace 💰 Compensation $6 USD/hour base pay 🎯 Performance Bonuses Qualified Outbound Appointments Earn bonuses for qualified outbound appointments that successfully show.
