Summary

A Bilingual Sales Person is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services while communicating effectively with customers in two languages (for example, English and Spanish). This role helps bridge communication gaps, build strong customer relationships, and improve sales opportunities with diverse clients. Key Responsibilities Communicate with prospects and customers fluently in both required languages through phone, email, chat, or video calls Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services Generate leads and actively pursue new sales opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Conduct product presentations, sales calls, and negotiations Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to potential customers Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or tracking systems Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience Assist in translating sales materials or customer communications when needed Stay updated on company offerings, promotions, and market trends Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, or sales tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple leads Key Skills Sales closing Lead generation Relationship building Active listening Negotiation Cross-cultural communication Problem-solving This role is especially valuable for companies serving international or multilingual customers, as bilingual salespeople can increase trust and improve conversion rates.
