Bilingual Sales Representatives (French & English) – Automotive Experience Preferred

We are looking for 2 driven and experienced BDC Sales Agents to join our growing automotive dealership team. This is not a simple customer service role. We are looking for real salespeople with a strong ability to engage clients, identify opportunities, create interest, and close deals. Your main responsibility will be to contact previous clients, present refinancing options or vehicle trade-in opportunities, gather key information, and guide the client through the process until the file is transferred smoothly to the next Department. We will provide full training on the automotive industry, dealership processes, and our internal procedures. However, no basic sales training will be provided. You must already have a solid sales foundation, confidence on the phone, and the motivation to reach and exceed targets. Schedule 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Key Responsibilities - Contact previous clients and warm leads by phone. - Present refinancing and vehicle trade-in opportunities in a persuasive and professional manner. - Identify client needs and create interest in available options. - Gather and document all key information discussed during the call. - Manage the client relationship from the first contact until the file is ready for the Finance Department. - Ensure a smooth transition of information to the Finance Department. - Follow up with clients consistently and professionally. - Hit and exceed monthly sales targets. - Maintain detailed and accurate notes in the system. Requirements - Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken. - Strong and proven background in sales, preferably in automotive, finance, high-ticket sales, or a similar industry. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients quickly. - Confident, ambitious, persuasive, and comfortable being persistent when needed. - Highly proactive, results-driven, and motivated to close deals. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. - Client-focused attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality service. - Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset. - Reliable laptop, stable and secure internet connection. - Two screens and a quality microphone. - Availability 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. - Dependable, professional, and committed to consistently delivering high-quality work.
