We’re hiring talent based in Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Colombia, and Venezuela! We are a growing cleaning services company seeking dedicated professionals to join our operations team. Our team currently includes approximately 6 field technicians and 2–3 office team members, and this role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and supporting both our clients and team members. We are looking for individuals who take ownership of their work, communicate clearly, and enjoy helping both clients and colleagues succeed. Sales & Scheduling Coordinator This role is ideal for someone who enjoys conversations, connecting with people, and helping clients find the right solution. You should be comfortable on the phone, confident discussing services, and naturally good at building rapport with clients. Sales in this role is not aggressive — it is about understanding client needs, communicating clearly, and guiding them to the best service option. Responsibilities: -Answer incoming calls and messages from potential clients with professionalism and warmth -Provide service quotes and confidently guide clients through booking a service -Engage in friendly and helpful conversations that build trust with clients -Convert inquiries into scheduled cleaning appointments -Manage calendars and schedule jobs in our CRM system -Organize technician schedules and proactively plan efficient routes -Assist and guide technicians during the workday when scheduling questions arise -Communicate scheduling updates to clients and technicians -Help maintain smooth coordination between office staff and field teams -Support operational and administrative tasks that keep the business organized and running efficiently Application Requirement: Applicants for this position must submit a short audio or video introduction using the script below, and also introduce yourself, skills, and expertise in this department: You are welcome to add and innovate on this script “Hello Maria, You've reached California Well Done Cleaning, and this is [Your Name] wishing you a great day ahead. Skills & Tools -Helpful experience includes: -Bilingual English and Spanish -CRM systems (Jobber or similar) -Scheduling tools -Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets) -Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -Zoom or virtual meeting tools -Training will be provided where needed. Compensation & Benefits: -Probation Period (Up to 3 Months) Starting at approximately $1,000 per month, with growth to up to $1,600 per month for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and take ownership of their role throughout their time in the position. -After 90 Days: *Performance-based bonuses *Paid Time Off (up to 20 hours per year) *Paid holidays *Earned vacation pay *$50 monthly work allowance -Schedule: Full-Time | 40+ hours per week Schedule may be Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, depending on operational needs. From 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00PM PST Two guaranteed days off each week.
