Bilingual Spanish/English Appointment Setter and CRM Coordinator

We are a Washington DC logistics company that runs e-scooter and e-bike fleet operations. We are hiring drivers continuously, and applicants come in daily in both Spanish and English. We need one person to own that pipeline from the moment someone applies to the moment they walk into our downtown DC warehouse for their meeting. Two halves to this job. Half is on the phone. Half is keeping our CRM and calendar clean enough that nobody falls through the cracks. PHONE WORK Call every new applicant the same day, in whichever language they applied in. Qualify against a short script: service area, age, work authorization, vehicle. Book qualified applicants into a meeting slot with our field team. Confirm every booking the day before. No-show rate is the number one thing we measure. Work our existing backlog of applicants with follow-up calls and texts. PIPELINE AND CALENDAR WORK Own our Pipedrive pipeline. Every applicant entered, staged correctly, and current. No stale deals, no blank required fields. Manage the field team's booking calendar. Fill open slots, handle reschedules, never double-book. Set and clear daily activities in Pipedrive so nobody sits uncontacted. Send a short weekly report: applicants in, calls made, meetings booked, meetings held. REQUIRED True fluency in Spanish and English, both at phone-conversation quality. You will get real volume in each. Most of the Spanish speakers are Central American. This is non-negotiable and we test for it. Available weekdays between 9am and 5pm Eastern. Location is flexible, your hours are not. Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet place to take calls. Hands-on CRM experience. You should be able to create records, move deals through stages, set activities, and filter a list without being walked through it. Detail-oriented. This role fails on sloppy data more often than on bad calls. TOOLS WE PROVIDE Pipedrive, our CRM and meeting scheduler. Quo, our business phone app, for all calls and texts on a dedicated company number. You will never use your personal number. CareerPlug, where applicants arrive from Indeed and ZipRecruiter. Indeed access. HOURS Part-time, 10 to 15 hours per week to start, Monday to Friday within Eastern business hours. Hours grow as we add field capacity. Hourly, no commission. NICE TO HAVE Appointment setting, recruiting, staffing, or dispatch experience. Pipedrive specifically. Familiarity with gig, delivery, or driver work.
