Bilingual Spanish/English Legal Intake Specialist: Warm Legal Leads, Remote Hourly + Bonus

We are hiring strong bilingual Spanish/English phone representatives for a legal intake role. You’ll speak with people who have already requested legal help, follow a structured intake process, ask qualification questions, collect key facts, and help the right prospects move forward. This is not cold calling. You’ll be speaking with warm leads who already requested information or help. Bilingual Spanish + Strong English Required We are specifically looking for candidates who can communicate clearly in both English and Spanish. Excellent conversational English is required because training, scripts, team communication, and client-facing work will primarily be in English. Fluent Spanish is strongly preferred because some prospects may prefer or need Spanish-speaking support. A slight accent is completely fine. What matters is that you are clear, natural, empathetic, and easy to understand. What you’ll do: Call warm inbound prospects Follow a structured legal intake script Ask qualification questions Collect key facts and case information Speak with prospects in English or Spanish when needed Build trust with people who may be dealing with stressful legal situations Take clear notes Follow up with people who do not answer Help qualified prospects complete the next step Hit daily activity and performance targets Experience that helps: Legal intake Personal injury intake Motor vehicle accident intake Medical intake Insurance / claims Appointment setting Phone sales Call center work Customer service with US-based clients Bilingual receptionist or intake coordinator experience Legal experience is preferred, but not required if you are strong on the phone, coachable, and willing to follow the process exactly. Current / potential shifts may include: 9am to 5pm EST 2pm to 10pm EST Possible Saturday hours Please include your availability in Eastern Time. Compensation: On-target earnings typically range from $1,200 to $2,100 USD per month Stable hourly pay Performance bonuses paid through Upwork Paid training Fully remote Ongoing work available for strong performers This will start as a paid trial. We are hiring multiple candidates, training them, and keeping the strongest performers for ongoing work.
